For recently graduated students, we offer the Maersk International Shipping Education program (M.I.S.E.), a global trainee program focused on developing young talents to become our company’s future managers and CEOs. M.I.S.E. is a two year program that combines the practical learning acquired from the daily job with the education provided by our company in partnership with some of the world’s top universities.
The M.I.S.E. and M.I.S.E. finance programs (for finance oriented trainees) are characterized by a high level of truly international cooperation that helps to form an everlasting network of highly capable professionals. After the 2 years, the Trainee has the option to choose any Maersk office in the world and expand his/her knowledge there for 2 years. Other Maersk trainee programs are for specialized engineers and human resources students.
